AR Style shotgun mags - limit to 3 rounds?

Now that it’s arrived, I see what you mean. Super easy. Thanks for the advice fellas.

Oh, and for the record, this is the most badass shotgun I’ve over owned. As soon as I opened the case, I heard the wailing and gnashing of teeth from every fudd within a hundred miles!

Rather than a piece of dowel I suggest a rectangular wooden insert that loosely fits inside the mag spring so the spring is free to compress around it. The dowel is fine for narrower pistol mags (I have them in a few of my own mags) but considering the much larger inside dimensions of a 12 ga. shotgun mag a dowel is going to flop around and possibly hang up on the spring. If you have a power mitre saw cutting an insert to fit will be very simple.

As for "permanently plugged" I don't know how to interpret that. Virtually every shotgun plug I've ever seen is removable.

And that's how we did it in the old days, consarnit. Back when I had to walk uphill in the snow both ways to the gun club. These damn younguns with their fancy-schmancy shotguns don't even know the way we used to shoot skeet back when Hector was a pup!

Actually skeet is a specific game, so there are not a lot of ways to shoot it. Simply shooting clay targets, is not shooting skeet. And no, the targets are not "skeets":):)

Yup, that’s what I did. Little rectangle. Rattles a bit though. Gonna have to figure that out.
