Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a vertical grip for my new AR15. If possible please also provide the site you got it from to help me order it as well.

Thanks T

Awful picture, I know, but you get the idea.

The Fortis one looks way cool but also like a finger trap waiting to happen.

I agree. This is a very poorly designed vertical foregrip. I can just see someones finger getting stuck in one of those holes and getting broken real good. Not too mention it looks like it would bend rather easily from a rifle drop exc. Totally stupid design imo geared toward people who fondle and look at their firearms instead of using them. No one with half a brain would run this in combat(I wouldnt even run this in 3-gun exc.)

Well, thanks for sharing. Glad to see you are such an expert. If only all of us could be as great an Operator as you... Oh what a wonderful world that would be... We should all try to emulate you in your magnificence.

First of all, this is all very much personal preference. I never really bought into angled grip as it didn't give my hand enough positive traction. On top of that, they're not really useful when it comes to using them as barrier stop. I use the BCM VG Mod 3 but instead of beer can grip I use it for indexing.

No need to be a #### dude. I was just pointing out what I think are obvious flaws in this design. Pretty easy flaws to see for people who use their firearms in harsh environments no? It is a cool looking skeletonized piece of aluminum though even if it is hugely functionally flawed imo(bendable, heavier then polymer, finger breaker due to too large of skeletonizing, expensive, easily scratched, no storage, exc.).

P.S. You should see a shrink man, I think you have issues accepting criticism/others opinions.

Accepting opinions is one thing. Saying only stupid wanna-be's would purchase such a piece is another thing all together. You can critique an item all you want - but don't critique the people who own them. You don't know them. No, I don't use my M4 for my job - I use it for fun. The last rifle I carried as part of my job was a FN-C1A1.

Like I said, you can provide your opinion of an item, and it is well taken. I have had concerns with this design, but it has held up VERY well so far. But you don't have to be a douche by applying your opinion to the people who buy said item.

That's not what I said man. And, I posted that before I saw someone in this thread had one. I am sorry if I offended you and am sorry if I was a bit harsh with my critique but, this VFG is poorly designed imo or is in fact designed for the looks over function. And, I dont think any forward thinking, intelligent operator or any hard user for that matter, would disagree with my critique.

This VFG is designed for bling imo and there are much better functional options for almost any application.

Some people value looks above all else though and if that is the case then all the power to you. Buy whatever tickles your fancy.
