Agreed. Only my feelings are a little stronger because I only paid $100 for my Mosin.

guess youll have to rebarrel your mosin to 6.5x54R, turn it into a $600-$800 tac driver, and then the stock will be cheap as chips, well worth the ergonomic enhancements

Meh. If I wanted a tactical rifle. I would not buy a Mosin-Nagant. Sure the stock looks innovative and ergonomic, but not the proper "look" of a M-N in my eyes.

These are as "tactical" as a M-N should be.

At least the Archangel stock looks better then this monstrosity of a Mauser stock.

Depends on the firearm.

AR-15, Tavor, VZ58, M14... etc. Going tactical is purposeful on those types.

Mosin, Mauser, Lee Enfield, SKS. It's all about style and the "look"

If someone wants to put an ergonomic "tactical style" stock on one to improve it, then so be it. And make no mistake, the AA stock does have improvements, adjustable LOP, adjustable comb, detachable mag, built in bipod... all things that the mosin in stock form is missing, and that would be useful enhancements. Aesthetically, well.. looks like ####

Just like the NZ marked enfield of the not too distant past? As far as the stock, what good is an adjustable comb, detach mag (lame) and a built in bipod if the bedding sucks?
