exactly like those. And who says the bedding sucks? likely to be better than the marshmallow soft stocks that come on 99% of the mosins

This stock is not for everyone, but it does improve the look & feel, lightens the gun, is fully adjustable to fit everyone, improves accuracy with a free float barrel or tuneable with a tension adjustment set screw, includes a detachable mag conversion with 10 rd or 5 rd detachable mags. The best improvement you can do to your Mosin, or just leave it alone....

Wait a sec, potentially speaking, if they released a SVT40 stock that could take the same mags as the Mosin, wouldn't that mean we could have 10 round mags since it was originally designed for the Mosin?

Stocks are in & shipping to our preorders, nice stock, fits well & is nicely balanced. 10 rd detachable mags are awesome! We have a demo at the store for any locals to check it out.



 
The stock balances the Mosin very nicely, the center of balance is the front of the magwell. Make this huge gun handle a lot better!

Agreed. Try to build it from blueprints for less then that. Same goes for the SKS and SVT-40. When it comes to surplus, value does not demote quality. There is nothing wrong with buying expensive parts for a surplus gun where the "cheap parts for a cheap gun" stigma does not apply. Why do your think there are so many sporter L-Es floating around. Does that mean they are crap? Change the stock set on some of them and the price doubles.
