Remington 750 has iron sites, wood or synthetic versions available in 308 or 30-06. Works fine for me.
Did you just recommend a Tikka?![]()

I prefer a ghost ring to an open sight (you can't please everyone) but NECG makes a very nice one that is fully adjustable.
Ruger is now offering those compact bolt rifles with factory irons (both wood and sythetic).....I would get one right away if they offered any in one of the more conventional calibres![]()
Is there a website for NECG? Thanks,
![]()
which compact rifles? got a link?
this is the first ive heard of it and i cant find anything to support it.
the compact magnums have always had iron sights.
bah, those are their compact magnums in .300 and .338 RCM![]()
And you can not imagine how much it is appreciated by that friend, it fits like a charm and shall provide a lifetime of use and pleasure. The CZ 550 sight is not listed on NECG's web page, but if you call them they have them ready to go. This sight will work on all Brno and CZ commercial rifles made post war. I just bought one for a friend a couple of weeks ago for his H-21 and it came to about $90 Cdn in hand.
