That is exactly my point. Always has been.

I agrue with him because HE IS DEAD WRONG!

But he cannont handle anyone who will disagree with them..........be attacks them or bans them.

Slavex and I often disagree on issues...........but I can respect him as he actually believes it and can argue from a rational POV.

Vince simply is incapable of that

I would post pics of Jerry Miculek and travis Tomasie drawing....as the gun is coming out of the holster, but I have not obtained their permission. The pictures are from a public domain...but I think they would want permission.
I would post them to show that the top revolver and top standard shooter in the world draw the gun in the same way most shooters do, and by doing so and in relation to the new proposed rule, would be DQ;d. :rolleyes:
I am waiting on email replies from a few well known shooters as well as to their opinion on " when you draw a firearm from a holster, is it possible to NOT sweep any part of their body"
 
Now he wants proof. Apparently using that holster (which is similiar to a Fobus unit) for a period of time,...he magically did not sweep himself at the draw or reholster.

They are flater. They would be almost as close to the body as a IWB holster.

It is possible to do. But it is slow a d would result in the gun sweeping out toward the RO instead. Wouldn't that be great?
If we could, could we keep the rhetoric down a bit? I posted a link to Eric from Bali. Clearly sweeping himself on the holster and draw, and practicing the stage after being called up. There are literally thousands of such videos of top shooters doing the same. Post them
 
thats why this rule is so tricky, we are moving the gun very close to our body and the only way to know 100% for sure is to be looking down the barrel at the time it occured. A slight change of angle can make a near miss look like an absolute sweep.
 
Yup. So let's effectively and politely communicate that to them. Let's get some video too.

Did anyone explored an angle how the current rule changes go against IPSC constitution? For examle, introduction of min rifle (22 rmfire) discipline is clearly abandoning the Power component of the sport, so as the action air (how did it even sneaked into IPSC?)

I was suspeneded for asking if the cutoff date for the WS was going to get kicked back not for foul language.
