Well, I couldn't get the GrayGuns flat trigger but stumbled on the Armory Craft skeletonized flat trigger. They claim that they were the first to come out with a Sig flat trigger and they ship to Canada. I took a chance and ordered one. Delivery took approx 2.5wks. Could be all the Christmas mail causing the holdup.

Installation took about 90mins of fitting the trigger to remove as much pre-travel so that it reliably engages the hammer for DA but not so much that you start adding back some creep. With an SRT installed and the over-travel screw properly set, trigger reset is stupid short. The end result is a night and day difference over the creepy factory trigger. The pistol feels like a whole different beast.

I had never been a fan of the Sig trigger shape, but as soon as I went to an SRT I forgot all about it. The SRT drop in is easily my favorite SA trigger.

well, my waiting game is over and i hope i scored pretty high as my trigger went on a world tour before arriving to my door this afternoon.

Spent about a good 45 mins to an hour fitting the pre-travel pad, i took it slow and steady. After that, it is an amazing trigger, couple with the SRT as you said and this thing has a super short 1911 like reset. I fell in love with this gun again, as i previously shelf-ed it for other pistols ( 1911s). Only gripe i have is that, there must be some clearence in the over-travel screw hole as the loctite is dripping out the back, so basically the loctite can't dry up (anaerobic) and do it's job.

Yeah, I had the same issue. The overtravel screw is too short. It's just holding on by a few threads by the looks of it. I didn't remove the screw entirely to see how much of it is in the trigger still. I should check. I dabbed some Loctite on the screw, retracted the screw back into the trigger and then reset the overtravel. Hopefully that's enough to keep it there.

Slight update,

the loctite won't set because of how little threads there are when the over-travel set screw is adjusted, it will not stay in place even after 2 days of air cure. So i pulled it back out and decide to use something that will cure ( non-anaerobic) aka super glue. It cured in less than 2 hours and the set screw ain't going nowhere.

Slightly curved here (with lots of flash/glare ). Night and day difference plus 10x more comfortable for my trigger finger. Fitment was pretty straight forward with no surprises, even for me ;). I may change it up to the straight one in the future, but for now this will do.
