First of all, my hands are not long enough and I cannot see the mechanical sight. And I refuse to visit the optometrist for specialty glasses, especially if the optometrist is not a shooter himself as well.
For my rifles I have a wide spectrum higher quality scopes for all my games.
I got this YU made CZ TT 7.62 (Tokarev) from a friend for a free, with CFO authorization.
To try if pistol shooting I could do at all.
Tried it another day in my club, already knowing and not expecting much, but the results on paper were shocking
I may invest into some low profile red dot, but on frame mount only, I have seen some online for 1911 not sure if would fit the TT 57. I can drill/modify the frame as much needed.
So I am trying very carefully to select my purchases, to minimize the losses if pistol shooting won't work for me.
Any advise on cheapest red dot that can survive the 7.62 recoil?
