Just curious why anybody would want to pay $195.00 for this flash hider. Sure it works great for reducing flash but you can get the same thing from Vortex, Phantom and Blackout flash hiders for way cheaper, they are smaller and weigh less.

From my understanding it directs a lot of the sound and flash downrange so you aren't pissing everyone off around you when you shoot a 7.5" barrel PDW.

Having seen one and used one on 10" barreled AR I would say there worth it for the above posters reasons alone. They are actaully pretty if you can say that about a flash hider as well. Really though its opinion only.

It's all I'll use now on my SBR's (and I've used many different types). Try it! You'll understand...

So I guess its great on an SBR but you probably wouldn't use it on something with a 16 inch barrel... The reason why I asked is because in the comments of the youtube video ATRS answers a question saying that it doesn't help with directing muzzle blast or taming recoil and that its sole purpose was to reduce muzzle flash. From that I just can't understand why you just wouldn't use phantom, vortex or blackout flash hiders which weigh less, cost less, and reduce flash better.

Looks wise on a longer one sure others are going to look better. But as far as flash wise, unless you have tried it how can you say what you have listed works better or are we just assuming? Haven't seen anything in regards to flash work better then eliminator. And in regards to putting blast forward like a KX3 that's exactly what they do as well so i suspect more research is needed past a price tag shock.

That said as another poster the triple tap is 450+ and ya id buy one, my money and I don't care what other people buy with their cashola.

Triple Tap makes sense on a KAC. Being cheap on a flash hider for a cheap rifle makes sense too.

The triple tap is made for the KAC rifles and the KAC suppressors. The Triple Tap is really just the first stage of a full suppressor.

I have a BattleComp on pre-order for a 16” barrel… Did I also overpay?

Really, your question comes down to how you value your money and how you value the item you are going to trade for your money. But, something tells me, although I have never played with one, the complexity of the design of the eliminator warrants its price tag.

- Brordo made me buy one.
- they look sick
- My little girl likes them
- They make shooting short AR's fun
- Once again they look Bad ass
- They simply work and do what they are supposed to do.
- And installed on a 11.5 inch AR you can see the Eliminator LOGO witch is bad ass and worth the 200$ alone...
- ATRS are top notch when you call or email...
- And 200$ is cheap after seeing the amount of machining and fabrication involved.. Once you have one in hand you understand.
