ATRS legal action update Nov 4 2021

Wahoo!!! Kick their asses. When u win I may need a couple uppers added to what you have waiting or me

Yes Jennifer Hart-Macdonald is listed as a defendant. She was the CFO for Alberta at that time. It was here letter to cease and desist manufacture, sales and shipping that sparked our action. Our claim is that she acted beyond her scope of authority.

Here in NB our local club took on the CFO for exceeding the scope of their authority. The decision is favorable but has been appealed by the province.

Guess it’s time to cash out some shib gains and send them your way to slap this silly ##### of a government back into line.

Ps ccfr's Facebook page called majority of the result a loss, they aren't spreading the good news

Yeah I don't why CCFR is trying to torpedo us and our action. But they certainly seem to be trying hard to undermine us. They lost a number of their motions as all of the actions have. I believe this is mostly due to how the government plays ball and the fact that much of these cases is entering into uncharted territory.
The biggest problem the gun culture has is a total lacking of cohesiveness and I am at a loss as to why. We "should" all be in this together.

I am giving my 2022 CCFR membership money to the ATRS legal challenge. I would like to see more of us follow suit. The CCFR has done some things lately that makes me wonder what their true intentions are. I, for one, will not be renewing my CCFR membership.

What did they do?

I need to send you guys some money. I have been donating to the orgs and legal actions when I can afford it. I'm determined to budget it into Dec for you guys. I'll see if I can get some family to cough up some too.
