The best functioning mags currently, are the XCR-M 10 Round Pistol mags. The IMI's will occassionally have the bolt hold open get skipped over and there are some concerns regarding the mag-release indent in the IMI mags as well, as they are larger than the steel mags causing the next round to be held too low and not feed properly. We are working on alternatives at the moment, but if you have a hunter, or are waiting for one, and you see the XCR-M 10 rd mags around, they work phenomenally.

Had my gun out today, but unfortunately the range was too busy to retrieve paper. At 100 meters on a rest I was doing roughly .8 moa. Spent about 10 rounds to find steel at 600 meters. Then rattled the 8x10" steel consistenly. Nice calm and hot day at the range. .
Ammunition was factory hornady 168gr zombie max and 155gr hornady TAP. Both shot extremely well. Accuracy did drop once the barrel heated up as expected, but cooled quickly.

I have used them, and had one today but I was using pmags primarily, I prefer the feel of the PMAG.
Xcr-m pistol mag made by Asc.
100% feed rate for me. About 200 rounds used with that one mag with various ammo. I can't say the same for other mags I have used, but atrs is working on solutions for this as Shaun has said. The 5 round crimped mags work fine if you only load 4 rounds. I meant to try a few things with other mags today but ran short on time. Maybe tomorrow or Wednesday. Gun ran flawlessly today using the pistol mag and impressed fellow shooters when I was ringing 600 meter steel with a semi auto, short barreled, black gun...
Anyone have a source for pistol mags in stock?
Unless you feel you need to have pmags, I'd go with the pistol mags. More rounds, less space in your case, nothing hanging down from your rifle, and affordable because they aren't golden unicorns.
