B&T APC308 DMR 480mm barrel

Stock option will probably be starting at $1,229 + tax. GmbH stock was $834.99.

This is going to be one overpriced rifle, at least in Canada.

The 223 version was also very heavy, stock not optic friendly and pretty pricey. Think it was just many little things that made it fail.

The garbage skeleton buttstock and the weight didn't really argue in its favour. They must have mixed lead in with the aluminum and plastic.

Awesome firearm. one of the best shooters I've been behind.
CR@P stock and with the 18.6' bbl it was a heavy beast.
the .308 is gonna give you popeye arms!
really, it was meant to be a sbr cqb rifle with an aimpoint and it excels at being just that.

stock design, weight (close to 10 pounds on the NR version) but most of the weight is unbalanced and upfront, which make the gun feels like 15+ pounds.

i hope they use a thinner profile barrel on the 308 version to keep the weight down or it will be 12-13+ pounds.

on the + side, amazing fit and finish, trigger and recoil impulse.

Most of the issues were due to the design. It came to me with the cheapest plastic irons that will not centre the shot even with maxed out adjustment to the right. The upper and the stock were not mated securely and once again I realized the stock wobbles with the slightest pressure. The plastic material used feels flimsy and reenforcement is needed at the stock connection point. The mozzel jump is noticeable than my ar to a point it feels less controllable. I am not gonna comment on the price but I was expecting something stronger and since I use irons even on my bolt guns, I would be happier if the Swiss irons are better than airsoft guns.
All in all not bashing on this just bringing up some points to consider to make this rifle more viable.
