Well I hope you guys are happy, just had to go downstairs and put a bipod on my Henry LASR. With my somewhat pronounced gut it was surprisingly comfortable as shown.
I haven't had it out to the range yet but will bring the bipod as well as my normal front bag used for bench shooting.
This rifle is a cope gun for me as I have had AR's for 40 years.
In case you don't know the Henry takes an AR barrel, bolt, mag and has a free floating barrel.
Cycles very smoothly.
With a 1 in 8 twist we'll see how it shoots some of my leftover 77gr Service Rifle ammo.
Will I use a bipod in the field? Probably not.
