My dear looky, this has been the first thing you have posted, that I could actually understand.
WTF'n F, sorry to hijack. Did Looky just post something legible?
YOU EVER THINK PEOPLE WON"T DEAL WITH YOU BECAUSE OF THE WAY YOU BELITTLE THEM ONLINE? HOW ABOUT TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH SOME RESPECT. IT"S THEIR MONEY YOUR SPENDING.
YOU EVER THINK THAT THE WAY YOUR TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ONLINE LENDS CREDIBILITY TO THEIR COMPLAINTS? IT"S NOT HARD TO GO FROM READING YOUR COMMENTS TO ACTUALLY BELIEVING YOU PROVIDE CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE AS IS BEING CLAIMED.
No way do I ever do business with someone who's got a childlike response to a complaint - which is your response every time.
Dear John,MAYBE you can convince this person to identify himself so we can resolve matter, this small detail seems to be overlooked by many who are commenting here ?????
John
Dear John,
The OP has apparently bought firearms from you. There has to be a paper trail somewhere in your records. According to his original post, he has spoken to an employee at Marstar. He has also received an email from your administrator telling him his CC has been charged. You obviously have his info and CC number. It is not up to the members of this forum to do your job or PR for you. This is the business you are running. Please look up your email trail. i'm sure you can figure out who the OP is.
Dear OP,
Please resolve this situation soon. John, through his numerous posts, is trying to contact you. Let's get back to some civility here. By your prose and the fact that you have gone quiet, it really does not look good for your cause either.
Been following this and all of the other Marstar bashing threads. All seems to be a bit surreal at times. Seems strange that all of these posters, most with low post counts, just came out of the woodwork at the same time to bash Marstar. Been dealing with them for years, with no such experiences. I think something smells here.
Sorry, but I have to chime in too.
I purchased a pair of OD Green Tactical Underwear from Marstar last month. Sure enough, the package arrived damaged.
No worries, I thought I'll put on the briefs anyway, at least to make sure they were the right size.
Low and behold, when I had them on, something WAS protruding from a tear on the front side of briefs. Looked just a like a p3nis. Come on, who ships Tactical Underwear and "accidentally" includes a p3nis?
Needless to say (but I'm saying it anyhow), I removed the Tactical Underwear and packed it up for return to Marstar. I'm perplexed however that the offending p3nis seems to have disappeared once I removed the garment.
John (Marstar), although I liked the product, I think you should have a talk to your shipping/packing department and let them know NOT to "accidentally" pack a p3nis into any of the boxes you ship.
Yes, I have pictures if you want to see them, should I post them here?
OverKill
just write it all ! lol
Sounds like you should have taken a lot of pictures or maybe not accepted them ? Did they look damaged ? (I know hard to tell but if the muzzle was scratched or something?) I would have refused them and sent them back, asking dealer for full refund and told them that their service is terrible and wont be dealing with them again.
That's ridiculous, good thing you got pictures, I probably would have refused the package...id imagine the end of those rifles probably took a beating and I probably wouldn't want them anymore. Once you accept the package its more of a pain to return it because youll probably be on the hook for return shipping...if you just refuse it you can just do a charge back on the CC if they refuse to refund you.
I would expect even cheap rifles to be packaged better than that...if it was something expensive id be furious...im guessing it was surplus stuff?
Would you buy a non boxed rifle and leave it up to the gods ... a decision was made .. he lost .. why whine now .. retailer will make good .. nextI stated retailer should package well, when they do not they make good or insurance covers it ... that is why there is insurance. OP now has chance to re visit his purchase again. You want it perfect, buy a cheap foam lined case.
Like we are all shocked a retailer has had a bad wrapping job ..OMG! ( I believe Op about wrapping job, but he has been a bit on Marstars case lately, picks will confirm, if he accepted it )
Edit: Not picking a fight , but I live where there is nothing .. all I get is online .. my life is shipping .. I do not expect the sharpest tack is handeling the tape machine ... every retailer can't be Budget Shooter Supply![]()
I thought I was the only one who decorated the house, hired a Mariachi band, and invited friends and family over for a feast to celebrate the arrival of a package.
As I have no life I await the ending of this saga with great anticipation.
IF you have a serious complaint with what happened to your marstar order just make the complaint. No point in making this some long drawn out stupid creative writing assignment.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish by posting this story in here? Do you really expect John to swoop in on this thread and save the day when you have provided zero information regarding the order? More importantly, what is the point of putting it here when you could be calling them and actually developing a solution instead of a Jerry springer approach?
.
Interesting thread. I am not sure just how many Rifles and other Items I have ordered from TRADE-EX but there have been a lot of them, and I will say that other Companies here should take notice of how TRADE-EX boxes their rifles. While CANADA POST has put a few holes and dents into these orders, the packaging of the rifles has come through superbly and my rifles have arrived with no damages or things sticking out of the ends.
It would seem that some one at the Seller's business needs a lesson on packaging. Personally, I would be offended if I was shipped a rifle that had the muzzles sticking out, and were subject to damages.
I also believe that putting things here should be a last resort. Every effort should be made to resolve an issue between a seller and a buyer, with e-mails and records kept to provide a trail of these efforts. If this were done, we would see a lot less of these threads here.
And I would avoid pressing enter after every sentence, it made the OP extremely annoying to read so I didnt even bother.
you dont have to read it, but when someone posts a bad experience about a retailer our natural tendency is to read it to be a better informed consumer so you have some info to go on when you make your next purchase. To start a rant and then say to be continued cuz its late, yet you felt the need to provide miniscule detail about your friend and his wife arriving for a big reveal and dinner is in the oven and cigars are burning...............kinda lame in my opinion. Spit out the problem and leave it at that and let the retailer respond. I'll never know how it ends cuz i'm not coming back to this thread for the four part monologue
No ####, I just went back to see the "I am tired, I must retire to bed now... I will continue typing 50 more words at a later time" Don't press enter 1000 times in a little post and it wont be so tiring. In all honesty, just spit out what you want to say, this is utterly ridiculous. When a company sent me a rifle with the muzzle through the box, I accepted it, took pics, sent them pics, they replaced it. Why didnt you just do that? Or take a pic, DENY the package, then see if it can get fixed for you? Instead of coming here and bashing some company in a lame dramatic way that is really easy to deal with?
If you can answer me that in one post , feel free to.
