Hey guys and gals,
I was wondering if anyone knew what the barrel tenon length would be for a Stiller Tac 300 action, with 3/16 recoil lug? I have done numerous web searches and found very little on the subject and what I have found is inconsistent. Any info would be appreciated.
I have also been reading some long range books and info on rifle builds. I am in the midst of doing my first custom LR Precision rifle build and there is one term that comes up every now and then that I think I've figured out what it means, but am not sure. The term is CYLINDER LENGTH. I think it is the length of the straight portion of the barrel leading from the front of the action, before it contours. The meaty portion housing the chamber. Am I right?
Thanks
