BC 3Gun Redneck Championship

Just had confirmation that the fire dept. is still on for doing the meals.
Fire is about 20 miles away and going NW. So no issue's from our standpoint.

The Club just donated a couple of rooms for the few family's under evacuation order.

We would like to go to watch as well but seems no-one knows if we have to pay to get in. Also would like to know if there will be dealers there looking for 357 brass

It is my understanding that there is no charge for spectators, but they must wear safety glasses and hearing protection at all times.

As far as I know we should be fine. 108 Mile is evacuated but 100 mile is safe and is an evac point, lone butte is even farther out towards the east.

There is another fire at Ashcroft. They have closed Hwy 97 at Spence's Bridge. Travelers are being re-routed through Merrit. You can get through but it's going to take longer. You might want to check with the RCMP about getting through. Although most of you have probably left already.

100 Mile has been put on alert, will update if I hear anything else. Lots of phone lines are down and I haven't had any of the competitors check in at the super 8 yet.
