I heard the strangest story to this day I don't believe and can't confirm. There are individuals that would get a PAL and get a hunting license that would purposely enter for Limited Entry just to stop other hunters from getting their kill. I don't bother for LEH because I'm super unlucky anyways.

Thanks. Honestly it's a bit overwhelming, gonna take a lot more planning and prep work than deer hunting typically takes, but I'm up for the challenge.

Might finally be time to cut back on the beer and get in sheep-shape...

for #### sakes, no on bison, moose, elk, sheep and goat.
i even picked ones with really good odds, like goat behind Revelstoke, a sheep ewe, female elk on private land and moose cow or calf.

no draws for me or the wife either. Still waiting to hear from the other friends that put in but it's all good. Still have good hunting areas to target in the regular season but a local moose tag would have been a bonus

Got a bull moose draw in my back yard, and I got a caribou draw 9hrs away.

Both are equally tough lmao

I was all excited for hunting this year and the surprised of what myself or my daughter got (we put in for 10 draws combined and were going to make any tag we got work)

Now that it's nothing I feel I should still plan a gos hunt for something other than blacktails in my back yard. I don't have much vacation time left but I'm sure I could squeeze a week off.
