Hahahhaah, I didnt plan to show up anyone actually. I just like nice crap and work extremely hard for it. And im the first one to lend someone my rifle if they want to try it along with ammo. Also the first one to send people free crap if they are in a bind.

So all these little snowflakes on here that dont have the balls to come out and meet me when I hit the range and say that crap to my face dont bother me... they are busy taking orders from their wife's anyways.... lol...

Lol, same here, I always let anyone interested shoot any gun I have with me at the range.
I'm actually quite surprised how few people take me up on my offers to let people come to my acreage and shoot my rifles away from a stupid range with all their silly rules. Seems like many just want to talk or whine about guns but don't have much interest in actually shooting them. Either that or people think I'm a ####, lol. I'll go with a little from column A, a little from column B :jerkit:

I’ll testify to DILLI being generous with his guns and ammo! Got to shoot his T-81 with....brass cased x39!!! And my German visitor got to shoot his T-81, ACR and Mossberg.

By the way, “ nice” and “ crap” don’t go together unless you’re in the can with the fan on!

I am just asking from the point of usability, I dont know havent had much time behind firearms yet. The M305 is better for my pocket book, but, the 102 looks cool as all hell...

I'm sticking with my M305. I gave the 102 a fair shake. My friend has one and when it does actually shoot/you find a specific handload/off shelf ammo your rifle will work with, it's about on par with a basically tweaked M14 from what I've seen first hand. So it CAN be a good rifle, when it is.
Now with the 102, I have to guess if NEA is going to hit or miss when I roll the $2K dice.
I buy a $500 shipped Norc M305 off the EE I expect the worst imaginable and if it shows up I can tune it up in basement for no money to shoot 2" groups all day. Sorry well, I can tune it up for no money except the cost of epoxy resin to bed the stock and some elbow grease.
That and I'm not a fan of massive heavy barrels that shoot like any old regular barrel lol
There is a 4 foot square steel plate at my range at the 600 meter distance. I can hit it with my M305 using bulk 7.62mm NATO 147gr FMJ almost every single shot.
Stock Norc except for USGI bedded stock and NM rear sights and I filed down the front post to precision thin, shooting off a bag from the prone.
I have witnesses who have seen me do this.
The thing about the M305 is you know exactly what to expect. They don't cost much and it doesn't actually cost $1K into the rifle to make it shoot very well like some people think. It costs almost nothing except reading up on sticky threads. Hell you can buy a pre tuned M14 doctor or whatever rifle for around $800 and you know that f**ker will go all day with any ammo any time.
NEA102 has proven reliability issues due to over tight chambers, heavy "match barrel" that shoots 2MOA at best anyway (if it doesn't jam up), picky on ammo, inconsistent from rifle to rifle, parts breaking off (extractors), zero information provided about the rifle from manufacturer even at direct request, proprietary parts so you can't even swap out the problematic NEA junk lol

In other words at least with Norinco M305 you know what to expect and they are $500 on the EE all over. Even if you get the worst example of an M305 possible you can fix it yourself easily or even pay an extra $400 for a properly tuned one and you still have $1K left over for bulk ammo the thing will actually ####ing shoot.

And the 102? Well NEA keeps on NEA'ing lol People defend them even though they obviously rushed a gun to market barely developed with all sorts of QC issues. Why? I don't know. But I'm starting to understand why their reputation precedes them. That's why they are already on "Gen 2" They are basically selling the rifles as they troubleshoot them. Ask yourself this instead "Should I wait for NEA to work all the bugs out by Gen 6 to buy one? And should I just buy a trusty old M305 until then?" To which I would reply a strong yes!

It really depends on what kind of guy you are/if you're hands on and like to learn and work on guns. I am. All of the Norc M305 deficiencies you may encounter are easily remedied. I know if I dropped $2K taxes and shipping in on a rifle that has parts braking off it, jams up hard with different types of ammo and didn't shoot any better than my "piece of junk Commy M14" with a manufacturer that can't even return answers to simple questions and I had to send the thing back I'd be ####ing raging mad instead of defending the company pulling these shenanigans like some kind of firearm owners Stockholm Syndrome but that's just me.

I'm out on the 102 until they sell me just a stripped upper and lower so I can build a rifle that actually shoots like an AR10 instead of some quasi "precision" overweight heavy barreled monstrosity that works 100% of the time 60% of the time lol

This is all just my personal opinion on the internet. Not "whining" "#####ing" or whatever else. Just personal observations on a public forum. Take it for what it is Sir.

Totally different platforms. If you’re really looking at the M305, send a PM to Tactical Teacher here. Barney is a guru with that platform and can answer anything you throw at him. The 305 needs knowledge to run smoothly. And beware! It’s also a money pit with things you can stick on it!

or buying NEA.... LMFAO

Oh i forgot to clean my ACR again today.... hahahahah Might just rince in in a puddle tomorrow instead...

isn't this the truth, But I like both parts shooting and whining... lol...

Here's a timeline of the second pre order. I'm willing to bet I won't see my rifle until 2018.

Thank you for you opinion, basically wait for designed to mature. That ends my hots for the BCL lol. Still having a debate what to buy, MVP Scout, No.4 Lee-Enfield, and M305. All have different reasons and motives to be on my list...

Oh I know the cost can go up exponentially. Though I'm not looking at anything too crazy.

here I've fixed it for you

"Thank you for you opinion, basically wait for the company to mature"
Lol. I haven't really been following whats been going on with the 102. BCL acquired NEA and I didn't really hear anything else. I have tired google searching but, nothing has really come up till coming here after a long absence.

I'm pretty sure bcl is going to get a lot of flak for the handguard changes and will revert it back to the gen 1 style for gen 3. Wondering I should just bail on gen 2 and try to pick up a gen 1 or wait it out for awhile

The thing is they said there was only going to be colour options and ambi bolt release added, all the other jabber was discussed after the 2nd preorder was done.
Now the gun is coming out looking completely different, and may perform completely different, whether it be good or bad.

What should have happened, they should have stated that this was a pre-order on the 2nd GEN, not a 2nd pre-order.
That way people would know that there was obvious changes being made.

Exactly.

I ####ing ordered a ####ing 1st gen and I'm ####ing mad that the ####s didn't state that they ####ed with a bunch of ####.

Thank god I didn't order a barrel, I feel for those who did, the most expensive was my midwest handguard, which I know now wont fit.

Oh I ordered 2 barrels too...so....

I mean WTF.

I'm selling all this ####.

#### this. I could buy SG and a metric #### ton of ammo for what I spent.

Watch for my WTS ads Gen 1'rs. Bargain basement prices on everything.

I think you might be right about that. I just read SFRC's policy cancelling orders. Store credit if you want full value or a 3% hit for refund to cover their credit card fees. Might be a good idea and wait on a "Gen 3"...whatever that will be or Mikethebike's Gen 4 hahaha. I like the new lower but like most have said keep the upper as is, improve the important things like the chamber, BCG and general QC. Want to lighten things? Redesign the handguard. I could be mistaken but that would seem easier than redesigning the upper receiver. Wouldn't be surprised if they release a lighter handguard to sell you...

I’d be cancelling my order and asking for 100% refund. They’ve absolutely misrepresented what was being purchased.

Credit Card Co would likely side with you over this fraud.

WTF , you guys expect, some of you have been on here long enough to know better.

In fact, if not for the NR status, most of you wouldn't even look twice.. ha ha

Remember those cheap AR 15 lowers, with minor blemishes? Most of them were Sh!t.
And they all came off the same machine:)

So why expect any different? Because they got dyslexic? Mixed up a few letters?

Reminds me of that Jard-48,I got from Wanstalls.

The only thing good about it was the full auto bursts,in between jams:)
But when I finally had to beat the charging handle open, on a tree stump..,
Well you get the picture.

At least Wanstalls gave me a full refund.

You could all cancel, but I doubt that'll make any diff,as there's a ton of suckers ,in line.... Lol

This is correct. I have done this in the past. Ordered an item, paid in full and did not receive the item as advertised. The item has a dimension change however none of the advertising material informed you the item is not exactly as described. You best friend when ordering online is a credit card. All you have to do is contact you cc company explain what you ordered and what you received. They will ask for copies of the invoice with description and a photo of what you received. In my case the cc company ruled in my favor and a full refund was received. The company had to pay return postage.
