Thanks. The screw will be taken care of by a gunsmith. I don't' trust myself enough to do it.
I've also found that my bolt catch isn't working. I think it's because my bolt catch spring isn't long enough (even tough I suing the longer BCL plunger). I've sent an email to Ryan to buy a BCL OEM takedown in and bolt catch spring. Hopefully, he can help and I can get this puppy working.
I'm not all that handy so putting this together has been a bit of a pain.

I'm not sure the PRSIII will fit over the BCL buffer tube. I tried and couldn't get it to work:

When I get back from work next week sometime I’m going to start going through my raw aluminum lower and start fitting parts. I only had it a few hours before I had to leave for work. I tried fittings Phase 5 308 bolt catch, it seemed to fit okay, but the set screws (that replace the bolt catch pin) they sent with the lower didn’t want to thread in easily. I didn’t want to force it, so gave up. I’ll chase the threads with a tap when I get home and measure the set screwthread pitch to make sure they match. I believe someone, maybe Dilligaf, said they were 4/40 threads / set screws.
I’d recommend anyone with a receiver set check all the home sizes / threads before starting to assemble it. With correct size drill bits (or identify framers) and bottoming taps.
I also tried a Strike Industries .308 polymer ejection port cover on the upper. It fit quite well, but the detent just barely grabs when closed.

Hey guys, Armalite barrel nut is supposed to fit these right?
I have one, but it sure seemed tight trying to spin on to one of these stripped uppers.
It was my buddy's so I didn't try to force it.

Check both the nut & the upper with a thread pitch gauge, make sure they match. If the upper is ceracoaed on threads, that can add enough thickness to make engagement tight.

You should have recieved two different set screws. The bolt catch set screw for the left is slightly smaller than the one for the ambi release on the right. The hole for it is just big enough to make you think the larger screw might fit.

Thanks guys, I was a bit worried there, but I will do that when mine arrives
It works then, but only the left hand bolt release. The right side doesn't work at all, there is no spring tension on it. When I put in a spacer it worked.

1. Ejection Port Cover: what style is it? DPMS, Armalite, Armalite AR-10T?
2. Trigger/Hammer Pin: is it a standard AR15 length pin or something longer?
3. Buffer Tube Assembly: I think I read to run a mil-spec carbine buffer assembly I can use an AR15 style. Is this correct and can I use a AR15 buffer and spring as well or do I need a 308 spring/buffer?
4. LPK: I’ve read it takes a standard AR15 LPK with the exception of the proprietary parts. Is this correct?
