The guns are anodized and the image I posted is the worst of the batch. Others are a lot better but for a nearly $2000 gun I am not very impressed.
Can someone point out the difference between first generation BCL 102 and subsequent version
After spending exhausting moments dealing with my stove piping BCL, I would encourage anyone looking at ANY BCL product to look elsewhere. No reason why ANYONE should have to spend more to have a functioning rifle. If I has wanted to spend more on non BCL parts, I would have just bought an ATRS. Sure wish I had trusted my instinct from reviews on various forums and gone with the STAG 10, but it's so damn hard not to support Canadian Made. Sure, some of you have had no issue, and I would be happy if Warranty had their $hit together and made an effort to resolve this issue. Last email sent on this system. At wits end now. BUYER BEWARE, don't buy something with crap support to go with it. spend the money and get the whole package.
Well i had some stove pipe and FTE send a warranty claim 2 days later got a answer new bolt in the mail so far pretty happy whit the warranty and my bcl 102 just for fun try to deal whit stoeger for warranty .... it took almost 7 month to have a replacement firing pin for my TRG 42
Btw there is a recall for the extractor on the BCL102 :Hello ,
We will send you a new bolt with a new extractor as our extractors are under recall and have been causing stove piping. Can you confirm that address below is where you want them shipped?
