BCL MRX Bison !!!

Yeah - why no updates?

Again, what's the barrel mating system? Savage? Rem? What's the action footprint? Spacing of the action screws? One needs that sort of info if one were to remove that chassis and hopefully buy a reasonable alternative.

And any plans to sell the actions without a barrel?

Maybe one could sell the buttstock, pistol grip and hand guard (assuming the hand guard isn't a proprietary format either) to recoup some costs buying a rifle stock blank and bottom metal, but we can't know if that's possible unless we get more details about the action footprint

Looks like a handy little rifle for high carry/low usage. Not a fan of the brake, but they screw off, right?

With the stock that low, they should come with the FAB core butt stock, they come with a riser.

Is the barrel proprietary? Or is this using AR barrels? Because at almost 8lbs, this fatty needs a diet.

Any plans to sell the MRX Action alone? Not digging the chassis or heavyweight barrel. If they're gonna make a mini action, make a mini firearm. 7.2 lbs is silly for a 12" barrel

Agreed, my 338 lapua is 28" oal and comes in at 8lbs (desert tech srs A2 covert)

On the BCL page they now have a "spec sheet". it has 2 different types, the "SCOUT" and the "Ranger"...

And a couple of more configurations of bigger calibers.

I don't know why everyone keeps making heavy barrels, is it because it's cheaper than turning them down further? For a rifle intended to be carried more than it's shot I don't get it.

I think they are targeting the demographic that wants a lead hose vs the light easy to carry and accurate hunting rifle crowd.

I believe your statement is wrong, 10 rd pistol mags can be used in any firearm that they will work in, it matters not what firearm they were designed for.

I wish when people post opinions that have legal implications they would quote the legal reference or simply state that it is only their opinion!

What he said was correct, just bad punctuation and sentence order lol.
The rifle mags have to be pinned to 5. The 10 round pistol mags will work though.

BLC/NEA failed at semi auto in my opinion.
, im interested how these do, but im not spending my money to find out lol.

The mini action is amazing, and a tactical version to compete with howas is a welcome item. But i do agree with others, this thing needs to go on a diet.. HB with a synethetic or lamanet stock would be cool. But i know thats a fantasy; as BLC makes everything by machining lol.

Actually on their latest bolt gun they are saying 1/2 moa accuracy...:)
did you read a different ad for this rifle? Because this one says 1.5moa

You are not getting desert tech accuracy for $1000
