i guess im lucky, no real issues ...yet.
Fair enough. I'm not trying to be hard on you Ryan. I understand. I just have a similar backstory is all.
I’m not BCL, I am thier distributor. I simply asked him for some info so I could check with BCL on his warranty claim to help him out. I can’t call them and say the real Vader wants to know what’s going on with his gun. I also gave some hints on how warranties work. Why don’t we let the OP reply so I can help him out with the issue.

Honest question..........why have you not just dumped dealing with NEA all together?
Besides that fact that NEA no longer exists, they were bought by BCL...I think only 3 original NEA employees remain...I don't see very many issues with the newer guns and I haven't seen many large problems in years. 95% of the problems that come up are from the earlier products. Yes there we still see the odd thing come up on newer stuff but it's pretty rare besides some of the first batch of 102's going thru gas rings faster than they should have. I know some people will argue with that but I just looked and we've sold over 3500 NEA/BCL AR15's in the last year and a bit and we probably sold 5000 plus in the years before that. That doesn't include BCL102's I can't think of any other AR15 manufacture that has that many firearms on the Canadian market.
I also can't think of any other brand of firearm that has had so many negative reports on quality.
I know what you're saying about percentages but it just seems like NEA/BCL products are less consistent than a Norinco.

Ryan,
To further clarify, my beef is with NEA/BCL not you or your business, I think some people here have missed the point. My experience with SFRC has been nothing short of outstanding, you and your team are always very friendly, helpful, and respond almost immediately. I've reached out to your team a few times to assist with provoking a response from NEA and your team has always been very helpful and effective. I very much appreciate your excellent customer service!
I wish I could provide you with a reference number, but as I said before I've never received one. Perhaps this is something new, I always manually filled out the PDF form and submitted it via email.
I'll send you a PM with my details.

Nothing in life is guaranteed (except death & taxes) but if Wolverine is involved that's about as good a guarantee as you're going to get that the job will be done right and if it isn't they will fix it. If every dealer was like Wolverine this forum would have a lot fewer posts because problems like the OPs would either not exist or would get corrected mucho pronto.Do you guys have any feed back on Kodiak Defence? They are making the WK180C and I'm hoping they do better than NEA
