Here is the latest correspondence from Carrie, at BCL, regarding production and delivery:
Because of the small amount of Foxbat’s sold before the ban, these are considered a specialty custom build. Meaning we are building one pistol at a time. This process is time consuming, but will produce a superior product in the end.
As we have them built, they will be sent to the distributor, then to the respective dealerships.
At this time I can’t give you a definitive date because the serial numbers are not consecutive.

This is very disappointing. I would bet they sold less than 500 total. Probably half of that really. Should have all been made at least a month ago.
Its been about 5 months since they "started" making these.
Also the fact that no one seems to have received them - says a lot about the processes or lack of at BCL.

Yet they took our full purchase price back in 2022, come on BCL!
Who did the Preorder, the distributer or BCL directly?
I wonder when the order was actually placed with BCL.
My understanding is they didn’t start building the Siberians until the order came in from the distributor. Which seems to make sense from a manufacturing and overhead perspective.
The BCL website isn't opening up any more.

We are talking about the glock 19 clone here. Last order would be the ban date: 5+ months ago.
Yup. Was advised the same 2 weeks ago.
I lowkey hope they have reliability issues so I will stop regretting not getting one.

This is a disgrace. BCL took everyone’s money in October.
To take 5+ months to produce and deliver the small number of firearms ordered is either embarrassing, shows gross contempt for their customers or both.
I considered purchasing one of these but decided that what amounted to a pre-order from BCL was not worth the risk. I am glad I made thatr choice.

My sentiments exactly. Its been 6 months now and still at lease another month to go.
I try to see the best in people and businesses but with BCL its just one thing after another. They cashed in when the chips were down for everyone and then put their focus on the Siberian instead of the fox bat cause the money's already in the bank.
I would be very interested to know just how may FBs have been ordered and just what the manufacturering process is like.
I truly hope I am proved wrong on this one cause I really feel for the guys that bought a foxbat.
