BCRA Provincial SR Championships.

Another great match, awesome weather, those who didn't make it missed a great one. I didn't fare well but one Gong is mine ...Congrats to Rooster33 who took home the grand prize with a very convincing and personal best 558 ...thanks to Bill from Marksman Supplies, took him 3 shots to get me dialed in at 200m and the rest of his dope was bang on. That's what makes this match so much fun, lots of good times and copious amounts of peel and eat at the Miller. See ya next year fellas...

I can't believe more folks don't show up for this!
What an AWESOME time!
Thanks to all the dudes who helped me out and shot with me:Ryan, Ian, John, Rod, James, Rob, Sean ( way to go, first place greenshot!) and everyone else who made me feel at home!
You guys rock, and I can't wait to come back for the next one!
T.

Had an awesome time, thanks to everyone that came out and participated. Big thanks to the BCRA, Ian and the Pitcairn's for organizing the event. Can't wait for next year! I'll have to try and win a couple of matches next year. I did not win a single one out of the 12 matches but somehow ended up taking the grand agg, not that I'm complaining!:))

What a great turnout, reservists, rangers, RCMP, sherif and civies, using all sorts of bangsticks from the exotic Ar's, M1a and even an SKS , good on you 999, with Chinese surplus ammo making hits at 500 meters, impressive. Yup can't wait for next year, especially with the new matches being introduced, time to go back to a midlenght 16" bangstick, so I may be selling the my match winning 20" bushmaster if anyone is interested!

Was good to see the colonel out and shooting! He's been a suporter of this event for many of years, and he is over 70! So I don't know why there wasn't more people out.
A great time had by all, can't wait for next year !

Had a great time , S@%t the bed on three matches but learned a ton. Definitely be back next year ,maybe with my own gun:)

But seriously I don't know why I put off shooting this match for so long, there is a bunch of great people there that were willing to help out with tips and pointers to new competitors. More people need to try this out.

Congratulations To ALL the winners, That is some fine shooting!
What a Awesome event, So much Fun.
Thanks to Ian,Great job running this,The RSO,s & Butts officer . And of course the Pitcairn's for all the work they do.
Thanks to my team members it was great shooting with you! The Team match's are always a blast!
Falling plates seamed to be quite a challenge to knock over at 200m! And the FIBUA 100-25m match was Cool! Cant wait till next year!:D

For sure Longshot, I'll get out a couple of times before the championship. I wish we still had a couple of matches, were just getting warmed up, well at least all us civies that is. There is still lots of shooting events for the enlisted. :(

Falling plates seamed to be quite a challenge to knock over at 200m!

I will be changing the base for next year to reduce the turning that was happening. In my tests they worked fine but field conditions showed different.

An 8 inch disk at 200m following a sprint is easier said than done.

Lol!
"Someone shoot that goddamn plate!!!"
Some of those little bastards just didn't want to go down!
But, it was tons of fun, Gunnerlove!
A huge thanks to the BCRA and the stats volunteers, and James running the butts!
It's an amazing opportunity for civvies like me to really challenge ourselves on the big range, and it's an honour to hang out with all the service personnel!
You guys rock!
