Looking at that list, none were overturned as a result of a Section 74 hearing. The problem is that the law supports the RCMP/SFSS.
The solution is political/legislative.

The problem with the Section 74 hearings is the judges don't want to rock the boat. I know people that have gone though these, the judge understood their point of view and even sided with them. But would not rule in their favor because they didn't want to upset the status quote.

He took me for a tour of his collection once. It was much like that scene in the matrix, a 20,000 sq. ft warehouse with rack after rack of some of the finest firearms in Canada. I struggled to believe how many people have sold him firearms.

As of 20 minutes ago the Kriss Vector FRT # are still pulled. I think we'll win that one. However, the RCMP pogrom continues. The deck is too stacked against us in the courts to expect a fair shake. Hasselwander and Cancade are proof of that. Political/Legislative are our only real options. The CPC Convention is in a few days, get your letters and emails in ASAP. Rank and file party members, MPs and the PMO need to know how pissed we are.
