Bean Bags...

I have read that the little darts inflict pretty nasty wounds and often leaves no sign of entry into the body, making it hard to fix on the operating table.

What suprised my in the course on the same page it mentions no-caseless ammo either.
Like how common is that? Also isn't a Musket tech' caseless ammo?

Speaking about "fléchette" rounds, did anyone ever heard again about the Sauvestre round? I know it was available a long time ago when Century Arms were still in Montréal.
It was a slender sabot slug with a special plastic fletched tail protruding into the powder and worked on the same principle than the Brenneke slug.
It looked a lot like the Abrams tank flechette round and was very accurate.
Does some place still sell it?
PP.
