Beard catching in m4 stock?

I say you lay down a coating of aluminum foil on the stock side of the beard so you can freefloat that majestic beard for the win!
Then top'er all off with the gold MC Hammer pants!
 
Try chewing on Kevlar - it's what the 'true' operators do to grow the bullet resistant tactical beards.......

No stock will pull out chunks out of a Kevlar beard - tactical beards are small-arms proof!!
