Go one step further. Get modeling wax and sculpt your beard into a mag carrier. Longer beard means you can carry more mags.

I get the same thing. It's caused from having such a dynamic cheek weld that I actually fuse myself to the stock. It's the ultimate in tacticool.

I thought my beard was catching in my magpul MOE carbine stock. I would get this pulling/pinching sensation everytime I fired, but after a clean shaven person tried my rifle they had the same eexperience. It was the piston hitting the bolt that was causing a vibration. Needed a new buffer and stock to fix problem.

That's exactly what I did, I folders 1/3 of the with so it doesn't stick. Works fine, I can use the stock the way it was ment and no more pain!

what ever you do. DO NOT SHAVE YOUR BEARD its like a tool. what will you do if you run out of pockets for carrying beer?

If your beard is long enough that it's getting caught in your stock, I'd say it's time to shave your stock down a bit so the beard can move freely.

As a furry man myself I would still fear duct tape on the stock. The edge of the tape is sure to get a few hairs. Now someone mentioned pantyhose. Kinda of got me thinking. Why not a piece on the stock itself?

Never thought of that, but the control tops do wonders for my figure, beard still gets pulled though.

Beards catching in rifle stocks is nothing new, the solution was discovered by a certain Mr. Teach...rock pistols!
