Beltfed .22 AR-15 upper ( Lakeside machine )

I think the number are quite good!

its up to the people to decide what accesories they want....the number of ammo belt or belt link they want will make the price change, but its nice to have an average final price.

Why do you need to pay lakeside $3000?

Are you paying for their annual export license? What happens for subsequent exports?

Why not just have a business already licensed to export receive the permits. We work with several companies that do exports.

Considering that their Vindicator was well over $3,000... the upper is not a bad deal!

(Note to self: Better start stocking up on 22lr)

doesnt alberta tactical rifle had a "non ar-15" lower....
something like it will fit an ar upper, but not without modifying the upper so it never will fit an ar15 lower again?
they sold them for the ar-50 uppers a while back

that way it could be non restrited?

To be clear, we are not the dealer that has been looking into these. I just read the thread today and know nothing else of this deal. From what I understand there is another importer who has been considering it.

I just don't understand why you would have to pay the manufacturer $3000.

I'd be making the lower from scratch & when done it would look exactly like a mini 1919A4 . Would be easy as all the hard work is already done in the upper

im more partial to the m1919a design too

"1919a4 semi-auto miniatures SOLD OUT (last priced at $3495.00)" but at that price id go with the ar upper

Well, since they (like S&W did with the M&P 15-22) have now advertised it (via the picture supplied here) as for use on a rifle AR and a Pistol AR, I have no interest in a 10 round belt fed 22LR. for $700.00

ok correct me if im wrong...but the upper receiver part of the AR-15 is NOT a firearms so there fore it cannot be limited to 10 rds as its not a pistol, unless you add it to a lower receiver that is register as a pistol. Am I correct or not?

You are correct, this item is not a firearm.

That being said, it mounts on an AR15. By RCMP logic, anything you might it on is then an AR15. If you build a "non-AR15" lower for this thing, I'm sorry to tell you this, but it's still an AR15 because it can mount and fire an AR15 upper.

Even if it self destructs while shooting that single round, its an AR15. I refer you to the ATRS duct taped upper incident with the RCMP lab when they were trying to build a non-AR15 lower.
