Benelli 828u

I don't hate hit, the stock adjustability made a huge difference in the semi-auto market, not sure if it's been done on an o/u to date?

With an adjustable stock where you can tune: LOP, Drop, and cast as well as a recoil absorbing system in a sub 7 pond 12 gauge gun? Yeah, I'm interested no matter what it looks like. Gunsmiths that specialize in bending and tuning stocks must be nervous.

Handled it today. Cool gun. Lots of
Engineering, it seems as though the breach face moves in order to accommodate different lengths of shells. Strange I know, but get cool! When it's closed it feels like an ultralight beretta or a feather browning. The stock shims, has a built in cheek pad and very cool recoil system. Awesome looking and feeling gun. It was apparent though that the model I handled was built arround an Italian man as far as dimensions go.

Leave it to benelli to screw up the simplicity of an over under

See I was always told that o/u were far from simple and perhaps the most complicated action to build as far as quality goes, hence the rediculus prices when compared to autoloaders.

Berettas' version of the Cynergy. Probably will go over just as well.

I love my Cynergy, but watching support for it disappear is no fun.

Same thing with my MR1 I love it, but it looks like they got rid of that too. It's going to have to be a success before I drop money on this gun.

Also as a lefty the lever does NOT look friendly.

Hey Brianlewis21 where did you handle that new 828U. I think its cool looking and I have put an order in for one.

I don't know about you guys I like the look of it but only the engraved one!

steveber, I was at the SHOT show in Vegas! If you have any other specific questions I can see what I can jog from my memory banks!

Did you shoot that shotgun at all? If so was it really light to shoot? Like was the recoil really light? Since the gun is light does it just want to come up super easy when you mount it?

You got me so excited I thought stores were starting to get them. A video I saw online said it will be in store in July.
