Hey guys I recently purchased a Beretta 92fs Inox, and today I took it to the range for the first time. However I ran into some issues I had multiple stove pipes, as well as failure to feeds. It would happen at least 2 or 3 times every mag. I was shooting Federal American Eagle FMJ, and I went through 100 rounds. It started to happen less after the first 50 rounds, but I was never able to make it all the way through a 10rnd mag without a failure.
When I got home I took the gun apart cleaned it, and did notice that whatever oil that was on it before had mostly evaporated. After cleaning a applied new lube and plan to shoot another 50 through it on Thursday.
Could anything else be causing this issue?
