With normal rubber grips on the CZ its almost identical in grip size as the Beretta. With slim aluminum panels it is smaller.
As for more moving parts in the Beretta, hmm not really, and the trigger is much easier to work on than the CZ.
I still have a soft spot for Beretta pistols, but I burn them out to easily. If you want to shoot a lot, get the CZ, also consider upgrading to the Shadow if you can. Its simply a more refined CZ75.
