Berger Southwest Nationals Feb 10-15th, 2015

Hey there Keith. I'm in the Prince Albert area. I haven't done the Nokomis range yet, I wanted to this past summer but ran out of time. I do have my form six approved and in hand. Wish I would have thought of this shoot sooner so I could have brought along something a little more appropriate for a boom stick. I'm leaving on Monday so I'm out of time to get anything else approved. Oh well have to run the 6mm I guess. Maybe I'll just end up doing the clinic.
 
Mid's clinic is good and its funny to hear all the others guesses during the clinic as to what corrections are needed. Bryan Litz's ballistic clinic is good too. The best part of the BSWN, the weather and the door prize table LOL. It is one of the best run matches in the US IMO. Say a canadian EH to your pit boss for me, if Rick is running it again this year.
 
Rumor has it that the 270 limit was raised to 300+ , 4 relays , going to be long days at the range.
 
It sounds like this would be the event NOT to miss and am disappointed I cannot make it.
Hopefully ALL attendees travel well and arrive safely as winter travel can be "interesting" at best.
Good group of Canadians ,I understand, will be basking in the Phoenix sun for this challenge.
Will be looking forward to everyones pics and posts .
Have fun and remember only 50% of those flags lie :) the others just hint at the truth.

If there is any group of individuals that can handle it, and make it work smoothly its this group. I never miss this match, and I keep going because its the best run match I have ever attended.

When are you arriving? The weather here is fantastic. Jim and Gerry have been dragging me from gun shop to gun shop since i got here. I need you here so they have someone else to drag around an I can get bak to riding.

Marc,

Gerry thought you were arriving today. I will let him know that you won't be here until Sunday. Maybe now he will relax and stop worrying about moving furniture around in the spare room until then.
 
Hi Les,

I will be leaving Calgary at 10:30am on Saturday. Should arrive in Phoenix around 1:30pm. I think Gerry and Jim will pick me up after the match on Saturday.
Somehow I find it difficult to believe the boys are doing very much "dragging", You'll have plenty of bike time next week. Looks like 28deg all week, cant wait to get there but right now I'm still loading and packing. See you on Saturday.
