Best 10/22 Mags ?

I heard people were having trouble with the battledyne mags. I'm waiting for hical to get a shipment of ruger bx25 x2 mags in.

battledyne (new ones)
gsg drum
butler creek steel lips
hc3r
TI-25 (proven but need to be adjusted to your gun and are expensive)

I've heard okay things about the old tear drop 50 rnd mags but cant get a hold of any to test for myself, with the gsg available ive given up on looking.
In an sr22 or a 10/22 with that type of stock the battledynes look the part.
Steel lips, ruger stock and bx-25-2, and battledyne all work with the steel lips fast loader which is a plus

Go with BC mags with speed loader, if your going to paint them go for the clear ones there often 2-5$ cheaper than the smoked ones.

I used the "smoke" BC Steel lips and paint them with flat black Krylon... the smoke don't show scratches like the clear do.

Oh was only thinking money wise did not think about the scratches thanks for clarifying as I have never done that myself just noticed the $ difference.

Quick question up to where did you paint ?
