Best 22 bolt action?

So far the only thing I dont like is the cheap ass plastic trigger guard which I had to crazy glue after it broke while taking the accutrigger tag off. It must have been overtorqued at the factory.

:eek: What exactly were you trying to do? Cutting the tag off with snips wasn't an option?

Anyone have a canadian number for warranty claims (or should I just drive to lakefield) ?

EOSI is the Canadian distributor/importer. You might give them a call first.

I did use scissors, Wasn't something I did, like i suggested it looked like it was overtorqued at the factory. I basically popped the screw throught the front screw hole with about 1oz of downward pressure.

thanks for the lead on the warranty. Its in fine shape with the crazy glue but looks like I should keep a spare.

anything CZ,Anchutz,Sako,or browning if i had even less money i would consider a savage or that new winchester wildcat in a heavy barrel it looks pretty good cheers and have fun

Thanks for the help guys,

as you may or may not know, the Dawson Creek gun and sportsman show was this weekend, and after careful consideration of all the replys to this thread,

I came home with this!!

[img=http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/6131/2503071821dp5.th.jpg]

A CZ 452 Lux! New in box!

Walked out with 2 magazines and a couple of bricks of American Eagle 22LR.

At the range I sighted it in and found I can print 1 inch at 50 yards with a very steady rest no problem, iron sights as well.

Popping the sights up to 200, I can ring a 12 inch gong 4 outa 5 shots!

Thanks alot for you input guys,

Now, what sorta glass should I put on this baby?

Yup, I have a couple of the Bushnell 3200's on my .22's (along with a 4200). Both very nice scopes. For a cheaper approach you might want to look at the Bushnell banner :)
