As far as the 407 vs 507 goes, I have a 507C and only use the 2 MOA single dot. I played around quite a bit going back and forth with the donut ring but found it too distracting (even for run and gun stuff like 3 gun and IPSC) and now only use the centre dot, so if I was to do it again I'd go with a 407C and save some money.

I love the circle dot, the circle is very easy to pick up on fast and close targets, and the dot is great for targets further away.

I would suggest buying a CZ P-10C or F and having it milled for RMR/Holosun. Tactical Ordnance has done 3 slides for me @ $150 for the optic mill.
Can you post what their rmr cut looks like on a Glock?
Beretta APX also has a optic ready model. I would take the IWI Masada over the Glock.
