I've used IMR 4350 for a very long time with great results. Some positive experimenting with IMR 4831 as well.

Bingo. I have done this for years as well. 3000-3100fps and great accuracy.
Is this what I have to look forward to with 4831, low velocity with a full case. I bought 2lbs of 4831 to try out but I think now I should try to trade for some more rl 22.

Pet load for my Parker-Hale: 58gr H4350, 110gr TTSX, COAL = 3.33". Chrony'd at 3200 fps even, shoots just under 1 MOA. Didn't see the need to get more speed because the accuracy was there. Took a small deer with it this year - great satisfaction in taking big game with my own handloads for the first time! Bang, flop, DRT.
Just remember, accuracy over velocity.
Try both powders. You might find that slower powder and a full case is more accurate than a 90% fill and higher speed. Then again, you may hit the higher velocity node as well.
The rifle shows a node at 57gr then this node at just over 59gr. I totally agree though, if the 4831 holds tighter groups then it gets the job. I'll repost after trying it, maybe I just got a fast barrel.
I have personally seen some velocity effects that I don't like with RL22 when temps change. Like 60-70fps that changed my POI. That wasn't acceptable. And 3000-3100fps is slow? I want your barrel. H4831 is very stable and has been very accurate. My second for accuracy would be H4350. 3100fps again usually 54-55grs.
Ramshot Hunter was decent too, but only 50 some loads means I am no expert with it.
I have heard that some folks are crowding 3200fps with RL22, but I never made it past 3100fps before the head stamp showed some shiny and I stop and backup from there. It was summer then. The same loads where quite a bit slower when it was -10. And the POI moved left and low.

Ive had some trouble with rl-22 when spanning big temperature changes, its not really a problem just know its limitations....dont' build a high speed load in 10 degree weather and expect the same results in 25 degree weather or at -20. That being said I still use RL-22 in other cartridges but I decided not to reinvent the wheel with 270 win and 130gr. bullets. I get 3000 fps with 58gr. and that shoots best for me...I can push it to 3100 fps but I opted for accuracy node.

I would be interested in seeing the data on that.
Accurate shows 65 gr getting over 3200 on their website, and you can be sure that has been vetted by their lawyers! 
I have two pounds of MagPro, and have used less than a quarter pound. It is most impressive. I would guess it would really make a 280 Rem or 284 Win sing, too.
Your 26-06 Ackley project could sure use some.
