For low-end loads I use Bluedot, 800x, Unique, and Trail Boss
For low-medium loads (what you're probably after) I use mostly 4198
For medium-high loads I use 4895 or 3031
H or IMR doesn't really matter. Start low and work up as always. I even swap data for the H and IMR versions of 4198 and 4895 at starting loads and have never had a problem (swap the H or IMR or vice versa; not swap 4198 for 4895).
Obviously 3031 is IMR only.
Also a note of SR-4759. It was discontinued by Hodgdon (owns IMR) but it was made by General Dynamics in Quebec. I doubt the manufacturer (GD) discontinued production on their own; Hodgdon probably just doesn't want to distribute it anymore (low demand likely) so stopped ordering it from GD. There was also some rumours of flake powders from GD arriving by bulk at the bottling plant in the US being much too far out of spec to sell and had to be returned. Hodgdon moved all flake powders from IMR to H at the same time the SR powders were discontinued so possibly a link there. The flake powders changed from IMR bottles to H bottles and previously said Made in Canada, packaged in USA but now simply Product of the USA. So I guess the flake powders are no longer made by GD in Quebec? IMR rifle powders remained unchanged as far as I've seen and do still say made in Canada.
SR-4759 was discontinued for several years previously (in the 80's I believe) and brought back, so here's hoping.
