Anschutz 1712 if you are really serious. Cz 452 for the common folks. I'm a common folk.
CZ 452 Silhouette. It has a light, stiff synthetic stock which gives you room for scope/mounts in the weight departement.
One the best shooting cz I have too!
I own a Savage Mark II FSS, paid cheap, light and there's nothing I cannot hit under 100m with it.
A one-eyed blackfly on the wing at 99m???
Do you need to be a smartass with everyone?

It's easy to see who actually competes in silhouette.
You won't see a Savage, ever, unless it's some kid.
For reasonable prices the CZs are it. As a general rule most women like the Americans, most guys prefer the balance forward Varmint which will make weight with a Leupold 6.5-20.
As Eagleye said 541s are great, although the S models are butt heavy. Hard to find too.
. A ruggedly handsome guy I understand!! LOL
Don't get me wring, as a sporter the Americans (yours!!) are fantastic. But for silhouette they leave some weight on the table with the 8 1/2 pound Hunter class limit which is a disadvantage for this specific discipline.
