No. it does not. It is/was made by Lachmiller. I have not seen one for sale in the last 20 years. An email to them would be a good start.

Yup, I looked around for a few hours and agree. That's a great looking device and without proper tools, extremely difficult to duplicate at home.

I have a few of these. They work well. I have two styles. One with threads that screws into the top of the press and without threadshis is blazing fast. It screws into the press. Round is stroked up, pushing bullet throught he fingers. On the down stroke, bullet stays in place, he next round pops it out the top. I used one of these to pull several hundred thousand rounds of308.
Collet pullers work very well for most handloads if enough area is left to grip below the ogive.
I've come across many factory rounds as well as surplus military rounds that don't have enough gripping area above the rim of the case to hold onto the bullet
From the pic, I would say you put the cartridge into the case head holder on the mandrel and bring it up through the frame, then use finger pressure to push it down onto the bullet until it stops and retract the mandrel
I just found another one of those Lachmiller fast pull tools. My son and I used to pull about 20 rounds a minute with them. We had a little Lee single stage presss dedicated to pulling 308.

I've had a few dealing with him and he's a class act all the way.
He's presently, successfully recovering from a stroke, I hope I haven't broken a confidence, but he's a fighter to the last breath and back at the range and taking care of his acreage/business.
I have a lot of respect for people like that who are constantly paying it forward.

I have been unable to find any collet puller from Forster that includes the collets.
Do you bave a link or part number?

It grips every bullet I tried in it, even those that were seated right to the ogive.
Doesn't leave any marks or dents either.
You can pull each bullet out of the collet or just push it out with the next round. Very fast and efficient.
To bad they're discontinued.
PS I just went to the US Reloading/UK site and these fantastic pullers are supposed to be coming back into stock around the middle of December this year.
It grips every bullet I tried in it, even those that were seated right to the ogive.
