International Shooting Supplies in Surrey, BC just received some in 30-30....check out their 'April New Arrivals' post in the dealers forum. They are great to deal withI'd like to pickup the 30-30 model but I haven't seen them for sale any place yet.
It's not a lil'badger that's for sure.... 5 1/2 pounds.... about the same as the Lil Scorpio .22lr 13" barrel model.I was going to get one in 30-30. Its heavier than you think.
Hard to say, it's been one of the longest product roll out's I can remember..... doesn't seem to be a big priority.I wonder what other calibers they'll offer?
My pleasure, happy to help!WOW thanks!!!I've been looking for weeks - lol
I was thinking the same thing, shave 4 inches off the fore end/rail and 4 inches off the barrel and it would look perfect. It's not a lil'badger that's for sure.... 5 1/2 pounds.... about the same as the Lil Scorpio .22lr 13" barrel model.
The Lil Scorpio doesn't need the weight for recoil mitigation but the big badger's weight seems about right for a 30-30.
All that to say, I do wish they had gone with a slightly shorter barrel length, that would have shaved a bit of weight.... maybe a 16" model with a shorter forend will come out down the road if the 20" model sells well?
