Over the years I have dealt with most of the major reloading companies (RCBS, Lyman, Hornady, Lee & Redding) and don't recall ever having a bad experience with any of them. Hornady even replaced a plastic die box that was cracked when I received it. I needed a new bushing in my Lyman case trimmer and they said it would need to be sent in for repair as it's a press fit part. They told me return shipping would be $10 but I received the repaired trimmer and they never billed me anything. I once bought a new RCBS Rockchucker at a gun show dirt cheap (I think $40) as all the small parts (priming arms, etc.) were missing. I called RCBS to buy the missing parts and the lady went through the whole schematic and sent me every part for free. At the same time I tried to purchase a new ball end press handle to replace the original bicycle grip handle and she sent me that for free as well. Lots of Lee stuff replaced under warranty too. Talk to them nice and they treat you good. Other companies could learn a lot about customer service from from the reloading outfits.
