funny, I've been raising german shepards some 30 years and NEVER used any kind of a choker, shock collar, or other restraint- a simple leash, collar and PATIENTCE seems to be all I've ever needed- I consider the rest to be INHUMANE

I sure wish my dogs (Labs) were perfect, then I wouldn't have to use pinch collars, heeling sticks, check cords and/or e-collars but since I am honest about my dogs faults I will continue to use such inhumane implements. I will add that I have met a number of people who claim their gun dogs don't wear e-collars or have never been force fetched, etc., and without exception every single one of their dogs were awful in the field despite their owners/handlers adamant denial of their dogs obvious faults.funny, I've been raising german shepards some 30 years and NEVER used any kind of a choker, shock collar, or other restraint- a simple leash, collar and PATIENTCE seems to be all I've ever needed- I consider the rest to be INHUMANE
