Man, for this price why would I NOT get my 1919 Match shotgun done? Im not crazy about the finish on it as it is. For $240 I might as well just go for it. I sent you an info request form on your site. My question was, do I need to do a full tear down of the gun? or do I send it to you complete? The 3 pieces id be getting done would be the upper, lower and the hand guard. Just curious how much disassembly I need to do.

It is certainly possible, to Cerakote a Rossi Ranch Hand in a single colour would be $210 during the promotion.
There is a fairly extensive process for prep work. The part is degreased, sandblasted and then gased out. If there are any more impurities in the part the prepping process gets repeated until the ideal bonding surface is created. To Cerakote a shotgun barrel in a single colour would be $90 during the promo.
The original finish of the firearm does not matter because during the prep process the part is sandblasted. After Cerakote is applied, you are always left with a nice smooth and even finish on the firearm. I know how you feel I have been there too and with this refinisher. You e mailed them, the date is on the email, you are in on the discount. These guys are pro's and offer great service. If you do not get an answer by e mail for end of business Monday, e mail them again and leave a message on the phone.
They are busy, and for a good reason!
