Black Creek Labs AR180 based rifle SVR2 Siberian approved for Non restricted FRT

I look forward to seeing these out in the wild, hopefully they can prove that a Canadian made 180 can be reliable.

I'd like to see a comparison test between this, the Templar and the R18.

Perhaps but it's nearly impossible that it happens before these drop.

this.
Canadians need to stop living on their knees and in fear. Its a piece of paper, its a suggestion for an addition onto a piece of paper...Stack, stack, stack...Support Canadian businesses in the meantime

Yup, buy while you can and support businesses. People are so scared about this and that. Just grab one when they come available.

I'd be really wary of buying a Canadian built semi auto leading up to a ban. Everyone's going to be slapping together guns as fast as possible to get them sold and out the door to distributors and retailers before they're left holding extrusions and parts for a product they can't sell....

As the release of the Siberian nears, BCL has put out the following Instagram post , https://www.instagram.com/reel/CnFeDREojW7/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link:

If I'm not mistaken BCL helped build the R18 MK1 and that's a nice-looking, well-built rifle that has eaten everything I've fed it. The BCL lower looks are almost identical to the R18. The MK7 was a well-built reliable rifle too before it was banned. I think the Siberian will be a great rifle for people to add to their collections.

Buy while you can! Quit fearing this and that. Folks gotta get a grip. Go sell all your rifles if you're scared and go pick up golfing or something. haha

Might shoot even better with the bipod moved to just in front of the mag well or without one and just off the mag.

Leverage has never been a friend of AR anythings so guessing that directly transfers over.

Bipods make it easier to shoot them "OK" because they are more stable but introduce fliers and really limit the potential of pinned together split rifles that usually hang the front end off the barrel nut.

I really hope BCL have tested thee well and that QA/QC is consistent when they release them because they really look like they've ticked all the boxes for what you'd want in a NR AR-180 design. Hopefully they're released soon and the Liberals piss off with their gun ban nonsense for long enough to enjoy them for a bit
