I have had my letter for 10 days and it still says processing on my order, this is ridiculous. Date on letter is March 22 2018

Your CFO didn’t send us our copy then. BC and MB haven’t been send dealers their copy lately.

Ryan

You can have it, SFRC reimburse me my cost and sell it to Jesster

If it’s already in your name, it’s now yours. I’d suggest calling your CFO and seeing why they aren’t sending the approval notices to dealers all the time...it creates issues such as this one when they don’t.

Ryan.

it took them a while to get mine out too due to the amount of orders they got. i actually got the registration in the mail before i got the lower. lol

His isn’t due to the back log. The MB and BC CFO’s haven’t been sending all the approval notices for transfers lately. I’m going to call them on Monday...maybe someone new started. The transfers are now done at the CFC not the CFO’s office for many provinces.

would it not be quicker and easier to tell them to email it to you instead of snail mail? i always ask them to email it and i usually get it the nest day. except this time when i bought from sfrc i received my reg on the 29th i think, rec the lower on the 3rd and the transfer approval on the 5th. seems to be backwards to me. lol

Thank you. I guess my question is will a regular bolt release fit on those lowers?

yes. i bought a regular lower parts kit and it fit/worked perfect. the ambi bolt release that comes with the lower has a longer pin included to reach to the other side. you will use the spring that comes with the lower parts kit but wont use the pin. hope that helps. the only pita was i had to go to canadian tire to buy a hex key kit because the ambi release is held in by a hex screw. it was 1.3 one i think.

Great! Thank you for the clarification.

no problem. i was actually please how well and easy all the part were to put on. the only issue i had at first was the take down bolts were super tight. i had to use a hammer and punch to get them open at first. i put some extra lube on them and after a while they started opening easier.

I meant email. They usually email us as transfers get approved but they haven’t been emailing all of them lately. It’s been a real pain.
