Mine says awaiting fulfilment from Nov 25. I’m assuming that they are just really busy still getting stuff picked, packed and shipped. I’m sure they were probably the busiest place from CGN.
 
Our shipping team is hard at work getting everything shipped as soon as possible. Once your order is packed up for shipping, the tracking information will be e-mailed to you. And for right now, we are letting them work and trying to keep focused, so we ask for everyone to be patient while they do what needs to be done.

I received the partial order in the mail. According to the receipt of this partial order, I should have received two sets of grips but only one in the package. Order #SO-63673,#1.

Thank you MDT for taking care of me when I made a mistake on my order during Black Friday. I know how busy you are, and yet took the time to fix it for me... it means a lot.
I look forward to my new ESS and LSS XL built ! Great company to deal with ....
 
I placed 3 orders in the first half hour of the sale and 2 arrived yesterday! The third is a few days behind so you guys that ordered later in the sale might wait a bit? After a few years of website headaches it was nice to have such a smooth shopping experience! I'm also impressed with the fulfillment, especially considering the floods that I expected to delay delivery.

My only regret is not buying a couple things because "I spent enough already". Kicking myself for not jumping on a Ckye pod. Especially now that it looks like pricing is set to go up in January.

Just got an email from MDT saying they sold too much factory seconds for what they actually had in stocks.

Rather than cancelling they will still honor the orders. Wait times might be longer as most stuff is b/o.

I said it before but MDT is awesome. Top quality products made in Canada and one of the best customer service I've ever seen.

Same story as well . Just have to say MDT is a class A company not many would honor the price . There customer service is great I had a problem a couple of yrs ago when I order a Oryx chassis and they looked after it right away no questions asked.
 
I got the email as well, sucks, but I’m ok having to wait. It was the best Black Friday sale.
That coffee is good, why can’t I find it on the website?
 
Yah I got the email as well. I don’t know how they make money with their Black Friday Sales plus free shipping as well. Awesome products and even better customer service!

Yeah same, 12 week wait for the XRS stock I ordered. Meh...I don't do much shooting this time of year anyway I guess, may as well wait it out. Be a nice surprise in March after I totally forget I even ordered it lol.
