Can someone translate this? I tried google translate, but it's still a little cryptic.
i.e.
raining 1B: 25 yards, even B27. Kneeling position, chargers allowed 10 bullets.
5 shows 5 seconds to 2 bales per exposure. 7 seconds pause between exposures.

Of course, in Qc movements are restricted, that's why we adopted the PPC format. Instead of the shooter moving, we are moving the targets back and foward.
Keep in mind that this is the first official black rifle event in Qc. If enough black rifle shooter show up, next year we are planning to bring this thing to a whole new level in QC.
Neverless, this year's match is still very dynamic with shorts timings, multiple shooting position, use of barricades and lots of magazine changes.

For folks not familiar with PPC style shooting - if shooting was a classical martial art (for some of us it is) PPC would be the Kata portion. PPC is shot using multiple shooting positions, standing, kneeling, prone, left and right hand, shot with accuracy as the main goal, but still under time. IPSC or IDPA would be the sparring or Kumite portion. Skill at one leads to skill at the other. PPC will make you an excellent all position shooter, which is something pretty much everyone can use improvement on. What's different about this PPC is that it's done with a rifle, which is something the PPC world really needs to include. It's a great step for the sport, and the folks in Quebec deserve credit for making it happen.
