bolt action 458 socom

I have a 458x2 reamer, 450marlin dies (which work perfectly for the 458x2) and close to 100 fresh 458 Winchester brass cut down to 2" if anyone decides to build. The reamer has cut one chamber, and finished one short chambered chamber (Manson, solid pilot).

Is that something that can be done at home or best to have a gunsmith do it?
