Well almost 2 years in the making, taking into account for the order processing times of both the barrel and the stock...here she is.
Parts:
Action - Stevens 200 Long-action
Barrel - Shilen 7mm SS Select Match finished at 30" tapered to 1" with 11 degree crown and no barrel nut - Thanks to Jerry "Mystic" for the barrel
Stock - SSS Green/Green/Blue HBR with 3" flat fore-end
Trigger - SSS Competition trigger
Scope - Sightron SII Target Dot 36x
Small parts - Stainless steel trigger guard, bolts
Burris Zee - medium didn't fit with my scope touching the barrel
Gunsmith - Joe Kroetsch
Stock's clear-coat - Dave Krieger
The barrel was reamed with .319 neck with a throat to seat 180 VLD Berger at 3.2" COAL and enough space to chase the lands. The action was steel bedded into the stock. Will work with Hornady A-max 162's as well. I am planning to use Winchester brass at this point but will monitor the progress. BR2 primers and RL17 is what I've got cooking

Not sure what the weight is, but should be withing he F-Open limits
Remaining parts: Bolt knob, higher Rings
Will post the range report as soon as I get out and find a front rest
